If delivery cannot be completed because:

10. Ice Quantity and Natural Melting
Ice is a temperature-sensitive product and naturally melts when exposed to ambient temperatures.
The quantity or physical condition of ice may therefore change during transportation, handling, or storage.
Customers are advised to:
- Receive the product promptly after delivery
- Store the ice appropriately
- Minimize unnecessary exposure to heat
- Use suitable storage containers or insulated boxes where appropriate
Ice Club is not responsible for melting or loss caused by improper storage, delayed collection, prolonged exposure to heat, or customer handling after successful delivery.
11. Product Quality and Hygiene
Ice Club is committed to producing and supplying ice under appropriate hygienic conditions using purified water.
Customers should inspect the product upon delivery and notify us as soon as reasonably possible if they believe there is a quality, packaging, contamination, or product-related issue.
